San Bruno's Bad Boy Howard the dog!!!

Channel: The Dogs Are Back

Howard's was sent from China after being abandon by his previous owner. He has quite a reputation for being the bad boy, but he's not a bad boy just misunderstood.
I believe he is Chow/Shepard/Lab/Sharpia and something like cattle dog or kelpie. Needless to say we don't know who his Daddy is. (Or Mommy for that matter!) But to know him is to love (or hate) him.
