YOUR TV20 GENERAL CONTEST RULES

1) No purchase is necessary to enter or win any prize in this contest. This contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and subject to applicable federal, state and local laws.

2) Eligibility requirements: The contest is open to all persons aged 18 years or older and who are legal residents of one of the ten Bay Area counties in the State of California. Employees of KBWB Your TV20 and its respective affiliate companies, subsidiaries and agencies, their immediate family members, and those who reside with such employees are not eligible to participate in or win any prize associated with this contest. Persons having won a Your TV20 contest within ninety (90) days are ineligible for the contest.

3) The odds of being the winner depend on the number of people entering the contest. KBWB Your TV20 are not responsible for returned e-mails, undelivered mail, busy signals, dropped or disconnected phone calls, poor cellular connections, heavy call volume or other circumstances that may limit a participant's ability to contact KBWB Your TV20.

4) All Federal, State and Local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner, including any and all Federal and State taxes or fees. The winner must authorize the deduction of such taxes, if any, from the final prize to the extent of the law.

5) The final prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash or any other prize, except in the sole discretion of the co-promotional partners. The winner will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, liability, and publicity release and W-9 tax form within ten (10) days of notification of winning the final prize; Failure to do so will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. The final prize will be awarded in the name of the winner only. The final prize must be claimed within six (6) months or the winner voluntarily forfeits winning. Any unused portion of the final prize will not be reimbursed.

6) By entry in this contest, the winner grants KBWB Your TV20 the right to any video, audio, photographic or print material involving the winner for promotional use without further permission or compensation. Winner agrees to participate with the co-promotional partners and its advertising agencies in publicizing or broadcasting winner's name, winnings, and his/her picture or character likeness without further compensation.

7) The decisions made by KBWB Your TV20 with regard to the awarding of any prize and the interpretation of these rules shall be final. All persons competing in this contest shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these rules. Entry in this contest grants permission to be contacted by the sponsors of the contest for future marketing efforts. KBWB Your TV20 reserves the right to terminate the contest earlier than the date listed or extend the length of the contest, if deemed necessary. Any deviation from these rules on the part of any contestant will render that contestant ineligible.

8) By participating in the contest the winner agrees to waive any and all claims for damages for death, personal injury, loss of property or property damage that he/she may sustain as a result of his/her participation in the contest or the use of any prize, and to release KBWB Your TV20 and each of their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with his/her participation in the contest, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities mentioned above.

9) If after the contest has begun changes or updates to the rules are made, the changes will be announced at approximately 7:30am on the day that the change is to take effect. In addition, an addendum outlining the changes will be available at the station lobby or on-line at www.YOURTV20.com.

10) KBWB Your TV20, in their discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. KBWB Your TV20 further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if it is determined that they are not capable of completion as planned due to tampering, technical failures or any other cause.
